has defect or damage due to alteration, connection
to an improper electrical supply, telephone or
computer equipment, more than 4 emitters are connected
to a controler, improper shipping and handling,

beyond the control of Cambridge Sound Management |

Warranty
is not activated in accordance with the Buyer's

| Buyer's
Responsibilities: |

To
activate the Sonet Qt™ warranty,
the buyer must file a single registration form, within
60 days, for all Sonet Qt™
systems purchased at any one time. This may be done
through the dealer or directly on the Cambridge Sound
Management website. |

| Warranty
Claims: |
| • |
The
buyer applies directly to Cambridge Sound Management
(by telephone, fax or e-mail) for a repair action
# (RA #). |
| • |
The
buyer then returns the defective component with
the RA # to the dealer, who will replace it. |
| • |
In
no event shall Cambridge Sound Management be liable
for incidental or consequential damages.* |
| |
*This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and
you may have others that vary from state to state,
or in the country of compliant use. Therefore
this exclusion may not apply to you. |
