Standard Components:

Direct-field emitters — miniature plenum-rated speakers; each comes with a 16-foot plenum-rated cable with pre-wired connectors; driven directly from control module and require no external power.

Qt PRO™ Qt-900 control module — supports up to 1,080 emitters on 3 zones, covering up to 108,000 square feet. Includes 2 paging inputs and 1 music input, with independent equalizer and volume controls. Unit is manually controlled via on-box LCD-based interface and/or network software.

Qt PRO™ Qt-1500 control module — supports up to 1,800 emitters on 5 zones, covering up to 180,000 square feet. Includes 2 paging inputs and 1 music input, with independent equalizer and volume controls. Unit is manually controlled via on-box LCD-based interface and/or network software.

Power supply — a modular 100-240 VAC 50/60Hz 1.5 A input, 15VDC 4A output CE/UL/CUL-rated unit (included); International units available.

Miscellaneous hardware — including holesaw to ensure correct size emitter holes

• Controls masking, paging and music volumes from any desktop browser

Zone Configuration:

• Sound masking requirements dictate zone configuration
  
• Each zone has a 360 emitter capacity, which equals approximately 36,000 square feet
  
• A single zone can range from less than 500 square feet to 180,000 square feet (if all 5 zones are configured as 1)
  
• Coverage can be expanded at any time by adding more emitters, up to the capacity of the zone or control module
  
• With multiple units, an unlimited number of sound masking, paging and music zones may be created for flexibility, control and expansion

Volume Ramping

• Allows user(s) to acclimate to new background sound
  
• Option at startup increases sound masking volume to desired level over a pre-defined number of days
  
• Sound masking ramps (or not) system-wide; does not apply to paging or music
  
• Day/Night volume controls available through software interface
